At Origin, all main components of your multi-course meal are grown on our land and prepared by our hands. Every ingredient is cultivated with the highest respect, honoring its true nature. Livestock forage on open pasture and are processed by hand in our licensed, inspected facility. All plants are grown from seed in our gardens, wild foraged from the open prairie, or sourced sustainably and organically from as close to home as possible.
Food preparations focus on the complete cycle of life: from seed to harvest to nourishing the lives on the farm. Through soulful preparations and attention to the ingredients, we strive to bring the highest quality plate to the table.
